Assists clients on labour law and industrial relation aspects connected with collective dismissal, transfers of undertaking and outsourcing.
Specific experience in dealing with issues regarding the safety at work, also within “cantieri mobili”. This activity involved drafting powers of attorney, resolutions by Board of Directors for the appointment of “employer” according to Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and contracts for the supply of services with particular attention to clauses concerning the fulfilments set forth by applicable law and indemnification clauses of the principal.
Provides due diligence reports within corporate operations on aspects regarding employment law and safety at work.
Represents clients in disputes involving individual and collective dismissals, anti-Union conducts, challenge of disciplinary sanctions, salary differences, change in terms and conditions of employment, mobbing, harassment and discriminations.
